The hotel was in a favourable and excellent location next to restaurants, transport back from haram and supermarket and Egyptian restaurant for traditional for what we wanted it for. The staff was well-mannered and helpful, offered excellent services.

Convenient Location and Friendly Staff

This place is so convenient because it's right by an Egyptian restaurant and a mosque. Also, all the employees are super friendly and helpful. They always have a smile on their face 😊.

I had a very comfortable stay at Al Aseel Hawazen. The family suite was a bonus with a queen bed and two single beds, perfect for our needs. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities like a kettle, cups, dishes, and a fridge. The bathroom had towels, slippers, soap, and shampoo, with strong water pressure. The receptionist was polite and responsive, allowing for flexible check-in and check-out. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

the room we stayed in was spacious with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. the service was exceptional with attentive staff who helped with our needs. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. We enjoyed some of the useful leisure facilities provided such as the fitness center and indoor pool that were clean and well-maintained.

We did encounter minor issues with the limited parking.

the location is great with a short 6-8 minute ride to the main attraction, which saved us a lot of time. the shuttle service was also very convenient. the staff was helpful and the room was nice and clean.

The shower had a small malfunction and the taps had low pressure, making it difficult to shower quickly. We also had to buy our own soap as the hotel doesn't provide it.
